Located in Danbury, Woodford Medical Essex is the flagship clinic and was originally founded in 1996 by Dr Hilary Allan and Dr Mervyn Patterson.

Their vision was to provide safe and professional procedures in the Medical Aesthetics industry, which had only just started to emerge from behind the closed doors of Harley Street. They brought injectables and lasers into the suburbs opening up the chance for a wider audience to experience these exciting treatments for themselves.

Today Dr Allan and Dr Patterson have a combined 50 Years of aesthetic industry knowledge behind them and offer the very highest standard of injectables such as Botox, Juvéderm Dermal fillers, HArmonyCa and Profhilo. They use advanced Botox techniques to treat Bruxism (tooth grinding) Migraines and sweating as well as the more well-known aesthetic applications for removing lines and wrinkles from the face. Dermal filler treatments give wonderful results to boost self-confidence as well as enhancing natural good looks.

Their eldest daughter Dr Louise Patterson has joined their expanding medical team. She has a keen interest in aesthetic medicine and is particularly skilled at Profhilo, Dermal Fillers, HArmonyCa and Botox as well as providing sclerotherapy for leg veins and minor surgery.

Dr Elaine O'Connor brings her extensive training in aesthetics to the Danbury clinic and is skilled in Botox, HArmonyCa, Juvéderm Dermal Filler and Sclerotherapy.

Nurse Oona Zia offers Botox, Dermal fillers, HArmonyCa and Profhilo as well as sclerotherapy for leg veins. She particularly loves providing natural looking lip enhancements for her clients.

The team is completed by two Aesthetic Therapists, Debbie Lingard and Kerys Pyne who provide an array of aesthetic treatments such as BBL/Moxi Laser for pigmentation and redness, IPL Photorejuvenation, 1540 Laser Skin Resurfacing, 4PLUS Radio Frequency skin tightening, Epionce peels, Dermafrac, Laser Hair Removal and Dermaplaning. They are both advocates of beautiful, healthy skin so are keen to advise on Epionce skincare and provide a bespoke product regime that clients can use at home.

The Danbury clinic is also home to all of the support staff who together with the medical team make Woodford Medical a truly professional and successful company.
