Sales Administrator - Eden Aesthetics

Our sister company Eden Aesthetics are seeking a full-time sales administrator to join their team.

Sales Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, proactive person with a flexible attitude who can take on a varied and dynamic workload. As a company, we welcome new ideas and actively encourage collaboration.

  1. Strong written and verbal communication, customer service and IT skills (Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office)
  1. Previous exposure to Sage 50 Accounts software is highly desirable
  1. Excellent customer service attitude, telephone manner, and written English
  1. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work autonomously
  1. Strong attention to detail
  1. Hands on, proactive, flexible approach
  1. Enjoy working to deadlines in a busy environment as part of a small team
  1. Ability to prioritise own workload
  1. Ability and resource to drive to work strongly preferred.


  1. Taking telephone orders and despatching on the system
  1. Processing trade sales and card payments
  1. Dealing with outgoing post and couriers
  1. Maintain accurate logs using Excel
  1. Maintain working knowledge of our product portfolio and keep up to date with new products and features
  1. Filing
  1. Assisting with quarterly stock-take
  1. Covering for staff holiday (to include picking & packing in the warehouse)
  1. Other admin duties as directed.
