The Inspiration

The treatment was inspired by the elegant swan-like neck of the Egyptian Queen Nefertiti who has long been considered to be one of the most representative figures of beauty in history. 

The Treatment

The ‘Nefertiti Neck Lift’ is muscle relaxing injections used to prevent the muscles in the lower face and neck dragging the lower face down. It can help lift the corners of the mouth and the lower side of the face plus help combat sagging and the formation of jowls.

As we age, our skin loses elasticity and gravity beings to pull our face muscles down. To help minimise this, the ‘Nefertiti Neck Lift’ provides a unique method in relaxing the straining underlying muscles by administering carefully selected Botox® injections along specific points of the lower jaw line. This results in an upward movement of the skin to minimise sagging jowls and leave a more defined bone structure, neck and facial contour.  Injections into the vertical bands of the neck further reduces the downward pull on the jowl area and side of the face and produces a much smoother appearance to the neck.

Combination Treatments

Combining the ‘Nefertiti Neck Lift’ with a next generation dermal filler, such as Juvéderm® ULTRA, completes the rejuvenation of the lower half of the face by replenishing the natural fullness of nose to mouth lines and depressions at the corner of the mouth.

Juvéderm® ULTRA is based on hylauronic acid, a substance which occurs naturally in the body, which means it not only fills wrinkles but also replaces something which the skin has lost over time. Improving the skin’s resilience, elasticity and smoothness Juvéderm® ULTRA has proven to be complimentary to other anti-wrinkle procedures.
