Dr Patterson has been working in the field of aesthetic medicine for the past eight years and is one of the foremost, pioneering aesthetic medical practitioners in Europe.
Qualifying as a medical doctor in 1984 at The London Hospital Medical School, Dr Patterson practised as a GP up until 2002 when he decided to devote himself full-time to the thriving aesthetic medical clinic, Woodford Medical Aesthetics.
Dr Patterson has pioneered the use of photorejuvenation (the Fotofacial) for the treatment of ROSACEA (facial redness or flushing) as well as the combination treatments of CLEARLIGHT, the FOTOFACIAL, MICRODERMABRASION AND SKIN PEELS for the treatment of acne and acne scarring.
Dr Patterson is a regular speaker at international symposia on aesthetic medicine and has appeared regularly on national television to demonstrate Woodford Medical treatments. He is a recognised trainer for Botox, Sclerotherapy and Intense Pulsed Light therapy and skin peels. He is married to Dr Allan and they have three children.
